If you lived during the 80s, 90s, or even earlier, you probably remember being treated like a valued customer, even during the return process.  Return policies tended to be much more lenient back then, than today - you could pretty much return any item, in any condition, for any reason, any time.  Ahh, the good old days.

Being a business inspired by all things 80s and 90s, Baby Morgan’s return policy is inspired by the generous return policies of yesteryear too. You can return your blanket for any reason, in new or used condition, within 90 days of receiving it for a full refund. We'll even cover the cost of return shipping!

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@babymorganblankets.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive your return, we'll issue your refund.

Please note that personalized blankets cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product. 

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately and we'll make it right. We may ask you to provide a photo of the damage or defect to help us determine the best course of action.
