Baby Morgan is a small, woman-founded and family-run blanket company based in Rochester, Minnesota, specializing in soft thermal waffle-weave blankets inspired by the beloved Baby Morgan blankets of the 1980s and 1990s. We make them for adults searching for the comfort of a favorite childhood blanket, as well as parents and gift-givers who want to share that same cozy tradition with a new generation.

Original Baby Morgan blankets had become so difficult to find that used ones were selling for as much as $350 on eBay in the 2010s. Even years after the original company stopped producing them, shoppers continued seeking out these distinctive blankets with their familiar waffle texture and soothing soft trim.

In 2020, after years of seeing how much these blankets still meant to people, I decided to bring them back. It took two years and hundreds of hours of researching fabrics, weaves, and trim options to create a new blanket that felt true to the original—only fresh, brand-new, and even softer than you remember.
